As I mentioned, we’re heading off to Tofino for a bit of a writer’s retreat. I’m not sure how much I’ll blog this week. It may be as per usual, or the posts may be few and far between. We’ll be back into town on Friday night for BarCamp.

Looks like that tree pic was one of the first few photos you ever posted to Flickr — and that the images of yourself on this website also date from that era, back in 2004. Which brings me to think: didn’t you have some sort of redesign in the works earlier this year or something? What happened to that?
Derek: The redesign is coming along. It’s a low priority for me, so it’s going slowly. I’ll send you a preview.
Indeed, that tree photo was early on. I took a couple more photos of a similar tree today.
