Two Local PSAs: Wiring Vancouver and Paul Kedrosky Talk

For the locals back in the ol’ ‘hood (word up to my homies, or something to that effect), here are a couple of quick public service announcements:

• Next Tuesday, September 18, blogger-VC Paul Kedrosky is speaking to the local Licensing Executive Society with “a provocative talk on alternate ways of looking at intellectual property”. Visit their current events page (and scroll down) for more details.
• Later today (don’t blame me for the short notice), Boris and friends are hatching a scheme to wire up the city with wireless goodness. Bunch o’ hippies.
