I was cleaning out our storage locker over the Christmas break and rediscovered this awesome photo of my great, great grandparents. It’s my favourite photo of my ancestors:
I’d have to dig around some more to find out when it was taken, but I’m guessing about 1890 or so.
Does anybody know a trustworthy framer or photo restorer in Vancouver? The photo is affixed to a piece of wood, and the print is extremely stiff and warped. I need somebody to flatten it so that I can generate a good scan.

There is a place at the foot on Lonsdale across from Opus which promotes themselves as quality art restorers and framers. Not sure of the name but think it might named for it’s Russian propreitor, Petrov.
A while ago I asked an archivist friend to recommend some professionals who could restore an old document and maybe some old photos for me.
