Does Advil Give Anybody Else Crazy Dreams?

I’m feeling under the weather again. I’m certainly not a pleasure delayer, but I am traditionally a big illness delayer. Now that Northern Voice is more or less wrapped up, I’ve got a little time to be sick. Of course, I probably just caught it from one of the hundred-odd hands I shook on Friday and Saturday.

I was reminded, about four hours too late, that Advil gives me insane dreams. I’ll spare you details–nothing is more boring than hearing about other people’s dreams–but suffice it to say they were Carollesque in their technicolor weirdness.

I don’t drink or take drugs, so maybe Advil is sufficiently mind-altering for my relatively virgin system. Does Advil affect anybody else this way?

  1. Advil doesn’t bother me, but Neo Citran does a number on me. In my late teens I took a dose before bed, than in the middle of the night started sleeping walking, hugging my mother so tightly I started to hurt her. My brother had to help get me off. I remember all of it but had no control. I woke up soon after in a daze. Fun stuff. I haven’t tried it since.

  2. I take advil like vitamins, so I haven’t experienced that. Like Jody, I get some weird effects from NeoCitran, but it could be the mix of Tylenol cold and flu, NeoCitran and a few homeopathic things I take. It sure works though.

Go to the Fare and get some Oscillo. Trust me on this one.

  3. I haven’t noticed the dreams (I have weird ones anyway) but it does make me feel like I’m three sheets to the wind *before* I go to bed (dizzy, nauseous, etc.) so the dreams are probably somewhat weirder than usual. Head pain in general gives me insane dreams, though (ah, those hair curler-induced nightmares).

  4. An alternative explanation: I’ve always read that people think certain kinds of foods give them strange dreams, when, in reality, it’s the digestion of those foods that drags them now and them out of deep sleep, enabling them to remember the weird dreams that they otherwise have but forget in the smooth transition between REM sleep and waking. Might it be that the illness for which you’re taking the advil is screwing with your sleep pattern and waking you up to the things your mind normally does at night?

  5. Good thing I found this page. Advil gives me the weirdest dreams! I was just talking about this with my brother and it has given me really scary and strange dreams!

  6. Yes, I have experienced the most bizarre and disturbingly graphic dreams after taking Advil. Even after being woke up by the dream, my mind seems to continue with very bad thoughts, and I don’t know if I am awake, or dreaming again. After what I experienced two nights ago, I will never take that stuff again before bedtime. But if those thoughts do occur while I’m awake, maybe I’ll just do without…

  7. Advil is the only med that makes me very sleepy and lethargic. It is the best sleeping pill in the world for “me”..

  8. YES advil pm gives me incredibly insane dreams. most of them are frightening and unpleasant. they feel very real too.

  9. Oh God I have only taken Advil once before sleeping and I will never do it again! I had the most vidid, frightening and unpleasant dreams. They were extremely realistic. I kept thinking I was waking up but I wasn’t; I would “wake up” and everything in the room was identical but I couldn’t move, couldn’t speak then something crazy would happen. At one point I thought I woke up to my dog licking my hand. I started to roll over when I felt it change to a chew and it was getting hard and starting to hurt. I looked over and there was a huge, black wolf chewing on my hand. In this part the room was all very realisting. Next I thought I woke up again and started screaming for help because I couldn’t move. I felt literally like I was screaming to the point of pain, but my friend sleeping just up the stairs said I didn’t make a sound. When I finially did wake up it took me about two hours to finially realize I really was awake, and my hand seemed to hurt from being chewed.

    Really, really fucking weird!

  10. So maby its not the advil creating the bad dreams but in all actuality its working, doing what its designed to assist in sleeping and due to being relaxeed here come the dreams?

  11. yeah..sorta

whenever i take advil before bed, i do have very vivid dreams.. theyre not usually bad though. Just very real.

  12. just wanted to tell you that whenever i take advil pm…i ALWAYS have crazy really vivid dreams, sometimes nightmares, like last night when i dreamed the government made a giant (like 30 foot) trex-godzilla like robot…weird dreams…glad im not the only one!!!

  13. yes, Advil causes me to have obsessive disturbing dreams that you can’t get out of. It’s almost like the dream state has become grooved. Very scary. Needless, to say, I avoid the drug.

  14. The medicine ibuprofen I have taken for years without any dreams, until I picked up my last prescription (800mg). Every time since, it doesn’t matter if it’s a whole one or a half of one, the dreams are scary and bizarre. What the heck is going on??!!!

    1. if it made you have vivid dreams i am sure it would say it on the bottle i bet you have never smoked pot even before you have no clue what you talking about

  15. well after i took advil one night, i went to sleep, and then i “felt” like i was a wake, but i couldnt move and then i started thinking for some reason “devil” and then i heard a satan laugh, after that, i NEVER took advil, ever again, it scared me shitless, and i thought i was screaming, but i couldn’t even make a sound

  16. man i just took advil for the first time yesterday and i had the scariest dream i eva had..and it seem so real and its like i think i wokke up but im still dreaming. i thought i was finaly waking up like 6 times but i was still dreaming and the dream had to do with the DEVIL as well. I dont know where that came from..I do not have nightmares or anything like that so this was shocking to me. I WILL NEVER TAKE ADVIL AGAIN.

  17. I have taken Advil previously but recently I took a single Advil gel tab and had the worst, most vivid dream ever. I seriously have never been so afraid to go back to sleep.

  18. I thought I was the only crazy one to think taking Advil last night right before sleeping was a possible cause of all the weird and crazy dreams. Until I googled it. Man some crazy dreams!!! No more advil before sleeping ..

  19. I’ve found out T3’s do it for me. In my research, it seems like I’m experiencing Sleep Paralysis (sounds like some of the other posters here are too) Yes, the episodes where you seem to be awake in your proper surroundings, but something is just “off”…..then you realize your still dreaming, and you panic to wake yourself up, but you cant move or make a sound, even though you are trying your hardest to do both. Then you wake up with a spinning headache and need to fight to stay awake, or its just going to happen again.

While i’m sitting up writing this…….ive just had a different type of dream and had to get up because i feel nauseus (sp?) In the dream I felt drunk, and I remember saying to the people I was with “at the bar” that ‘Ive only had 3 drinks, but im wasted. Im worried’………then I woke up with the exact same feeling in real life….nauseus and no balance. I didn’t want to go back to bed until the feeling wore off, cuz I know exactly what is going to happen. this sucks.

feel free to email me, anyone. i’d like to find someone to talk to this about with similar symptoms

    1. I have experienced Sleep Paralysis after taking Advil. My nightmare is that I am having a heart attack and my heart is skipping and wants to stop. I cannot get myself to awaken as I am paralized, but I groan loadly until my wife awakes and wakes me. I awake with a rapid heartbeat and fear of going back to sleep. This has occuring about once a month for over 15 years! I always thought it was something I ate. I have been taking Advil for over the same time period because of lower back pain. I’m thankful that I found this blog.

  20. I never commented on anything before. But my nightmares have become so overwhemingly scary that I’m afraid to try to sleep. I have been stressed alot lately and have been taken Advil pm to sleep. What a mistake. I can’t believe some of the comments I read, all of which are scaringly similar. At night I don’t know if I’m awake or asleep. I also won’t bore anyone with the datails but holyshit. I’m in bed this second and dreading falling asleep. Now I will never take Advil or Tylenol pm’sy

  21. I just started taking Advil PM for the past two nights, and each night, had at least 2-3 bad dreams. They were very real and very disturbing. Last night, I dreamt that my yorkie died. When I woke up, I actually reached over to where my yorkie was in my bed, and was so happy to find that she was alive. These pills are now in the garbage. Never again.

  22. i just woke up from the worst nightmare of my life! i was crying and terrified- i still thought i was dreaming, i wouldn’t even let my boyfriend touch me. i was too scared to go back to sleep so i sat up thinking about why this happened- and i am so glad i googled this. i am at ease now, knowing that after 2 years people are still commenting on this blog and that advil is probably doing this and im not possessed- what my dream was leading me to believe!

  23. I normally never dream, that is to say, I never remember dreaming. However, when I take Advil PM, I always have really messed up, really vivid, realistic dreams. The dreams usually go way past the point where a normal dream would wake you up. Afterwards, I always wake up confused and disoriented because the dreams are so realistic.

  24. Amanda, you should’t let your boyfriend touch you in the first place. That’s what marriage is for, you tramp.

  25. 650mg of aspirin and I have had dreams of God, singing Angels, global calamity so vivid I wake up in awe, the most memorable dream I was surrounded by people with there arms up to the sky singing to God…I don’t remember what they were singing it was so beautiful I was in tears.
I never dream like this, only when I take aspirin so I quit taking aspirin before bed, because of the end of the world dreams…to scary!
Usually my dreams of the end of the world involves a tilt of the worlds axis and the destruction of our atmosphere exposing the stars….very intense dreams.

  26. Its really weird taking advil tylenol neo citran anything that makes ya drowsy I always felt like I wasn’t sleeping right or that I’m awake watching myself sleep its exauasting I wake up feeling like I didn’t get a good nights rest

  27. Yes, they give me crazy dreams also. I noticed it right away when I started taking Advil. I don’t have that reaction to any other pain relief medication and thought that it was just me! I’m glad to hear that I’m not the only one who ends up feeling like they have been tripping on some crazy 70’s drug when they wake up the next day. Wow, the dreams are wild and I try to stay away from Advil for that very reason. I have enough crazy things going on in my life that I don’t need it enhanced at bedtime 🙂

  28. I am always fine with Neo-Citran, but Advil and ibuprofen give me whacked out dreams. Not really nightmares like some people have, just nutty. Tylenol doesn’t do it either.

  29. wOW..

    Sleep Paralysis is SO SCARY!
after taking advil and having a nap, i woke up in the same environment (on my couch) looking at a window and i saw could have SWORN i saw the Exorcist (hat and all) stalking towards me in the most threatening manor POSSIBLE! felt like he was coming to rid me of a demon or something lol

then i managed to turn my head to the left.. and then i saw my gf (who wasnt there) and i asked her for help and she responds by turning towards with Yellow Cat-like eyes and growls at me… more like hiss…

Then i looked forward again (not sure if my head is actually moving in reality) and the stalking exorcist is moving FASTER (his bobbing head in the window is quickening) and then suddenly its Over… Wake up.. and calm down..

    the experience lasted .. probabl;y 2 minutes.

    WOW!!!!

  30. really its advil its a pain relief drug they have done many studies on this drug and it can only cause stomach irritation. thats like saying i swallowed a mint before i went to bed and i had weird dreams. when you goto bed your brain produces a chemical DMT and it makes you trip when you sleep. DMT can be extracted from grass and frogs, etc and it is illegal even though it causes no harm and lasts for 10 min when taken by smoking

  31. Yes. I found this post by searching “ibuprofen dreams”. One pill gives me vivid dreams. Two pills give me insanely violent dreams. Not the helpless kind where somebody is chasing me. More like somebody is chasing me, and I kill them. Pretty interesting.

  32. I’ve been taking 400mg’s of Advil every four hours for the past 3 or 4 days to control pain. But I stopped taking it yesterday. And then tonight I had such strange, intense dreams, one after another. It’s now 3:45 in the morning and I’m sitting at my computer after waking up from the third very creepy dream and so I googled “bad dreams advil” and this page was at the top of the search list. I’m thinking maybe it was either that I experienced withdrawl symptoms after stopping taking the pills and this caused the dreams, or, after taking so many advils over the course of 3-4 days that the drug built up in my system enough after a number of days to cause the dreams, even though I had stopped taking them already. I don’t know which theory is correct, but either way, advil was responsible for the dreams, I’m sure of it.

  33. If been taking the extra strength “no name” equivalent of Neo-Citran a few nights in row.It has pheniramine, a sedative in it and knocks me right out. I’ve had crazy dreams on it but I always figured they just made for good stories. But this morning I couldn’t get up, I remembered stopping my alarm but each time I’d wake up to a similar room to my own but with a different change to it each time I.e a Skylight. This kept happening until I missed my first one hour class.. not doing this again I was obviously shook up enough to look this up on google and write about this, major case of the Heebe-Jeebies!

  34. Advil and ibuprofin have always given me weird dreams, mostly bad and/or voilent. Sometimes, as in last night, I forget and take a couple right before bedtime to ease some back pain. The bad dream woke me up in the middle of the night. I am sure I will do it again in a few months.

  35. Weird because ive been taking advil before i go to bed and it really helps me wake up in the morning almost like ive an extra hour or two but i do get the occasional awkward dream not sure if its from advil tho. Anybody else experiencing sleeping problems and dont want to use advil try a table spoon of honey and its great because its side effect free

  36. YES, absolutely, I just googled this, thinking I was nuts….but now I feel I’m not the only one reacting weirdly to one of the components of this medicine…just that, now is too late for me, I just popped one pill, and I’m about to go to sleep….if I have a nightmare tonight, those pills are going right to the garbage!!!!

  37. I have been taking Ibuprofen at nights due to a bad neck that locks at night (ghastly). Have now realised that it is the ibuprofen that is giving me these dreadful dreams. So its back to the bad neck, folks. Seriously – I am glad I found this site. It´s odd though, as I have used these on and off for years – but only now have they become a problem.

  38. I have been having trouble sleeping at night since I moved from my hometown, so i decided to self medicate with advil PM. Usually ill dream in my slepp, but for the past week that I have been taking it I have been having very vivid dreams that are not altogether unpleasent, but CRAZY could be the word used to describe them. It doesnt bother me much, but i thought it was odd so this morning when i woke up from another CRAZY dream i googled advil PM and dreams and this was the first thing that popped up…

  39. OMG… i have taken ADVIL for years with no adverse effect..however these past nights off…i took two Advil PM at bedtime…WOW…i had the most bizzare nightmares…i even woke up and did bizzare things..locked all my doors and windows, locked my-self in my bedroom, thought someone was in my yard ..very paranoid? next night vivid bizarre dreams, all night… NO more Advil PM for me

  40. DO NOTTTTTTTTTT TAKE ADVIL PM! I had long crazy and really vivid dreams, most of them sad and terrifying, and were all really loooonnnngggg. I rarely have dreams and usually not long and so i suspected it was the pills. For 3 nights in a row i took it and had crazy dreams and woke up in the morning feeling worse than if i had been awake all night! There are much better over the counter medications that can be taken!

  41. I took midol for two days straight…i had the most weirdest dreams, woke up thinking it was happening.
While i was having the dreams i was experiencing emotional reactions; i believe i was responding to that dream when I was sleeping. It was not violent but it was about things i feared the most but 10x magnified. And I don’t get those dreams..only when i take midol! Sometimes Advil…

    1. and i need them to go to sleep at night :(.. Advil liquigels are much better for me though.

scratch that out it was not a dream..a nightmare! woke up several times at night..

      poor guppies (us)

  42. Took two advil before sleep last night, and had the most vivid dream ever…..nothing scary…but very sexual…had a great time!!!!!

  43. Advil doesn’t but Motrin makes me have the most vivid/plain out weird dreams…which is fine with me as long as there not scary

  44. I was very pleased to find there posting. I figured out this week there might be a connection between the way too vivid dreams and ibuprofen, and guess what, it is not just me. Good to know I can avoid Advil and sleep better

  45. I’ve taken advil for years, but hadn’t recently until last night. I had two of the worst dreams I have ever had..they were so vivid, and so scary. It appears that I am not alone here.Strangeness.

    1. I have had horrible, vivid dreams on Advil PM and have decided to stop taking it. I work at 13 hour shift in a law office, so I need to go to sleep at 8:30, no later than 9:00 p.m. because I have to wake at 3:30 a.m. and be at work at 5:00 a.m. I have been taking Advil PM for years to help me drop off to sleep, but over the past year or so, the dreams have become so vivid and very strange — some creepy.

  46. I have taken Advil or ibuprofen off and on for many years, have had none of the mentioned weird dreams…………until the last year or so. If I take it now I have some of the worst scary dreams I ever had. I even know its happening and can’t stop it. Also wake up with a hangover feeling? Is this a change in the product, for age or what?

  47. I’m Hypothyroid, is anyone else?
maybe the missing TSH hormone in the body is causing the Ibuprofen to give us bad dreams.
maybe we can’t break down the meds properly because of this… feedback please, these dreams are a trip. worse med I’ve ever taken.

  48. Advil PM gives me weird dreams too. They are much more vivid and memorable than my regular dreams. Nothing horrific but just very odd and unusual. I take one Advil PM almost nightly and a Lunesta when I really need to catch up on my sleep. Other sleep aids haven’t had this effect but they make my mouth and sinuses dry so I stick with the Advil.

  49. If you are reading this now, you are still in a dream. You cannot wake up until you find me. They call me the Dream Architect, because I can lengthen or shorten dreams, and rescue those deserving. Find me… my name is Cain in this dream world and I have an e-mail that should work in this dream. I will get you out. This is a dream, do not believe it, and also… do not die in here.

  50. I started to get anxiety attacks in my sleep due to the most terrifying dreams, I’ve been taking 800mg through out the day to help with tension in my back that will turn into a nasty headache if I don’t, but I’ve been going down hill over the last couple of years (when this all started)due to lack of sleep, dreaming all night long. Some nights I’ll have to or three panic attacks just after waking up and tonight same thing very bad dreams, its 4:46 am and I can’t sleep cause of it. So I thought the one constant in all this is the 800 mg of Advil cold and sinus that I took just before bed tonight Doctor prescribed. I’m stopping and going to rid this !@#$ out of my body for a couple of weeks and see if this improves. Sound like the garbage is the best place for these pills. I know I never used to be like this. wow just thought I’d google advil and dreams see what comes up, I think that the proof is in all the posts on differents sites.

  51. Like many people had said here, I’m glad to find out that it’s not just me. I only take advil for two reasons… One, if I actually have a fever, or two, if I can’t sleep due to being too wound up. I suffer from anxiety and deal with panic attacks. I’ve found through sheer luck that taking a single Advil will allow me to calm down and fall asleep. I’ve told a nurse this once and he said it was likely a placebo effect, but I don’t think so.

But on to the dreams… This single 200mg Advil gives me dreams that are vivid, epic (sometimes seeming to last for days in a single night), violent, and sometimes evil. The subjects are usually apocalyptic involving aliens or demons attacking us and I’m chased a lot. When fighting in the dreams, I usually kick some major ass, but my opponent won’t get knocked out or die.

Another scary thing is what typically happens to me while on my way to dreamland. Sometimes it kind of feels like my heart is slowing down or stopping and that someone uses a defibrillator to start it back up. My body will jump up a good inch from the bed, waking me up.

All of this from a single pill of Advil.

I find it both scary and interesting at the same time. When I awake in the morning after an Advil night, I feel like I actually went somewhere else. These dreams are so incredible that I can’t believe that my mind alone was the only cause of them. There had to be something else. I couldn’t possibly conjure up everything I see and hear in these dreams. I really feel like I open up a portal to somewhere else.

  52. Same here.. I thought I was crazy and the only one.. I took 2 advil PM a couple nights ago and woke up scared from the dream I had.. It was soo vivid and scary and real feeling. it was about a creepy guy breaking into my house and the details I remembered when I woke up were so creepy I could describe the guy in detail. Usually I cant remember much about my dreams or when I do I can tell its a dream, when I take advil PM my dreams feel way to real and scary 😦

  53. I thought it was just me!! I have CRAZY dreams when I take even 1 advil pm. Glad to know I am not alone..

  54. I have been on Dr. prescribed 600mg every 4 hours since 10/07/11 due to a muscle pull and have noticed my dreams are different and or more memorable than usual.

  55. Ditto me.

To the naysayers, remember: just because it doesn’t happen to you doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen to *anybody*. And no, this information would not necessarily be automatically included on a label. It takes folks a while to make a connection between action and consequence, so subjects in a study wouldn’t necessarily report crazy dreams to the researchers unless asked, and why would the researchers ask?

Even if the effect was reported the researchers might brush it off, especially if it appeared only a small section of the population. After all, it was on the internet for some time that aspartame seemed to cause short-term memory loss in a small section of the population, but did you ever see that info on a label? nope, aspartame just quietly disappeared and was replaced by sucralose almost entirely…

So: it happens to me, and I try to remember to avoid ibuprofen. The end.

  56. I came to this website to see if anyone else has had vivid dreams after taking Ibuprofen. Hmm, very interesting.
My vivid dreams are not scary so far, just very sexy. I must be the only lucky one.

  57. I can’t believe all of these people are having the same, weird dreams. I’m never really afraid in my dreams on advil or tylenol pm, but they sure are strange. Some is exploring dungeons and dragons style labyrinths (which I haven’t played in a decade), whereas others tend to be rather carnal. Like boning my girlfriend’s hot sister. And it feels so real doing the nasty! If I only take one pill, the dreams seem more normal and tolerable, but still weird.

  58. Wow…I looked this up bc I was just terrified by a dream I had…I woke up at about 3 am to take a advil for pain….I usually don’t use the stuff but wanted to get back to sleep…not even hours later I was having a dream that I bent down to give my lil sister a hug…I was saying good bye for some reason and all of a sudden she grabs me by my mouth I look at her and she’s like a soulless creature of some sort and I kept saying get off me…I woke saying this and my chest hurt I felt as if I was dying ….wth is this from the advil? Bc I did not like it and am scared to go back to sleep bc of it …..

  59. I have been having the CRAZIEST dreams lately. I took 2 Advil PMs last night and, sure enough, a completely whacked out dream this morning! The dreams don’t seem to be scary, but they are very very weird and very realistic. Also, I seem to remember most of the dream when I wake.

  60. Ive had srsly craaaazy dreams on advil. LIKE LAST NIGHT i took advil before i went to sleep and i dreamt that someone cut open my friend Alex’s chest, then suddenly he started laughing in a crazy fashion saying, “You think that’ll kill me?!?!” and reached into his chest, pulled out his heart and threw it at me. IT WAS SCARRRY AS HELL and it was all soo vivid! I rarely ever remember any of my dreams.. in fact, i never really have dreams. And while sleeping, of course i had many dreams.. just before that i imagined i got shot in the hand by some robber that broke into a classroom, and i srsly felt it too. I’m tellin ya, creepy stuff man. hahaha

  61. Last night I was a blacksmith in scotland

I only take 1/2 of an advil PM ,Every night is interesting.

    1. I’ve been taking Advil PM for longer than I should because I suffer from insomnia. I wake up in the middle of the night and my face is covered with sweat. The reason I wake up is because I can feel some creature strangling me to death. I tell the creature to leave me alone in the name of Jesus but all the creature does is laugh (evil laugh) and disappear. Once I’m fully awake I’m terrified and don’t want to go to sleep again. So I got ambien pills and they don’t cause any problems with wierd reality style dreams. The problem is is doesn’t feel like dreaming. It feels like someone is really in my room at night. So I probably won’t be taking Advil PM again anytime soon. I’ve never had trouble taking regular advil but this PM stuff…yikes it is scary.

  62. I too just figured out the correlation between nightmares and Advil. After waking up during last nights nightmare, going back to sleep only to have the dream continue, I thought I’d see if anyone else has nightmares from taking Advil. Now that I have it figured out, no more Advil for me!! (I’m darn tired as I’ve been up since 2:30 am. )

  63. Similar experience to Sarah above from a few years ago. Woke up with sleep paralysis mixed In with dreamin about some family having drugged me and began looting the house after we took them in for the night in the dream.

I would alternate from waking up to sleep paralysis to back in dream of same exact room but people looting it and picture frames taken down furniture moved ect…. So I get up to confront them and pass out the wake up on couch again.. Try to regain my energy and repeat..Happened like 50 times seemed to go on for hours. I felt like I was really being held hostage..the house would get more and more looted every time. Really wierd

Next night was a very vivid virtual reality type dream with extreme deja vu.. Both were after having to take Advil at like 4 am.

Probably has to do with the Advil getting rid of your pain ect. So your hitting a really deep sleep compared to normally a light one from the pain. Exhaustion + deep sleep.

  64. YES- My dreams are completely wild. Like- totally insane. It is as if I am off in another world.

I took two Advil and then laid down for a nap. Normally my naps are around 30 mins, but when I take Advil, it’s like I am sucked into another dimension for almost two hours. I always try to wake up or get up, but some force pulls me back into a very vivid and bizarre dream world.

  65. I am struggling to stay awake right now because everytime I fall asleep my very realistic nightmare continues. I feel nauseated too, which I guess is from the stress of my horrible dreams. I love getting a good night sleep but I hate being so scared in these dreams. I’m up way too early and want to sleep but scared to have these dreams for the hundredth time tonight. Or it feels like it anyway. Like others said ^ the dreams feel long and so real. I try to wake up and think I’m finally awake but bad things happen again and I realize I’m still dreaming. It’s pretty freaky.

  66. I’m very surprised to hear that others have experienced the same thing. I took two Advil pm before going to bed last night and had the scariest creepiest dream. I woke up screaming for help. I went back to sleep and the dream continued. I won’t be taking it again.

  67. I didn’t have this problem with the liquid gels, but now that I’m taking the normal tablets, I noticed that I wake up with my heart pounding after having really intense dreams. I’m not sure if it’s because of the Ritalin I take during the day, but it’s scary. Once I dreamt my mom was rocking from left to right on a hospital bed, fell out, continued rocking back and forth like she was having seizures, and then was yelling someone’s name and then got up in some manic frenzy and I was so scared that i ran out into some endless hallway with random doors…. 0.0
