So posting will be light to non-existent over the next few days. Better this week than next week, I suppose.
If I did blog over the next couple of days, here are some things I’d talk about:
- Tim Bray gives some excellent advice about backing up your data.
- I thought 2005 was supposed to be the year of the Web-based calendar?
- The decline and fall of the hit pop album.
- A question–which search engine has the most enlightened policy toward censorship in China?
- Raise chickens in the city.
- And finally, Broke Mac Mountain.
Sorry to hear about your flu, Darren. Maybe you should drink some red wine to make sure it doesn’t mutate! See this post at Michelle’s Mental Clutter for details.
Hope you’ll be feeling better soon.
Another “Brokeback Mountain” parody/trailer recut for you…

You have flu-like symptoms because you are in the final planning stages of an awesome conference that is sold out! Fight the snot and stomach rot, whatever type of flu it is, I wish it to be gone.
Hang in there Darren! It’ll get better soon!
Darren: Are you speaking at Northern Voice?
Hope you’re feeling better soon, Darren.
Michael: I’m one of the organizers of the event, so I will be speaking in terms of introducing the keynotes and that sort of thing. I’m also on a panel entitled “So Threatening to Sue”.
