I never get to as many Fringe shows as I want, but here are some shows that I can recommend because I’ve seen them or heard good things from people I trust. You can find information about all the shows at the Vancouver Fringe website.

- Jesus in Montana
- Legoland
- Colossus
If I had to pick one of those, it would be Legoland.
I cannot, I’m afraid, recommend They Went Another Way. We’ll just leave it at that.
Of course, I want you to go see Bolloxed, the show I wrote. But don’t take my word for it, we’ve had positive reviews from the Georgia Straight, Vancouver Province and Victoria’s Times-Colonist. The Vancouver Sun review probably comes out tomorrow, so fingers crossed.
Regardless, there are only two shows left:

- Sunday, Sept 17, 7:30 pm
The show last Saturday sold out, and the Tuesday afternoon show sold very well (it being Tuesday afternoon and all), so if you’re planning on going, you may want to get tickets in advance.

I can’t recommend The Cody Rivers Show (the geniuses behind “Colossus”) highly enough… They’re brilliant. I’ve seen the show twice and both times I laughed so hard I cried. Deeply silly, insanely energetic, and all-around fabulous.
