You know, I’m usually not a big fan of police chase videos, but this one is fairly extraordinary. I don’t know what the quarry did, but given the effort, he almost deserves to get away:

Is that real? I don’t think it is, the cyclist looks superimposed.
I vote for not real. In real police chases (which you see often if you have access to Los Angeles TV, like, for some reason, my sister), the helicopter’s camera doesn’t fuzz out like that.
Also, this would have been all over Google News.
It’s fake. It’s reeks of low budget cgi. The announcers really give away the sham.
