This, presumably, has been going around the web over the past few days. It’s a very excited, very rude German kid waiting for his game of Unreal Tournament 2 to load. Some less-excitable German translated it for us non-German speakers.

I just don’t understand how someone can get that emotional over a video game ( or that emotional, period ). Sure, I’ve been mad at my computer once or twice before, but never screamed at it or hit it. If the world contains many more people like this, I’m going to go find a nice cuddly hole to hide in.
Hopefully it will have internet access, so I can still laugh at such characters like this from a safe, comfortable distance.

I wondered about that. How does someone conveniently have a webcam set up filming him having a meltdown and then have that video get “leaked” out. Having looked at his site, I’d still say he’s a little disturbed.

I didn’t get the whole rant but he goes on about each stuffed animal how it’s their turn to draw a card next, at one point he’s just going “I’m waiting, I’m waiting” blah, blah, all the usual rant kind of stuff; but at the end he mentions a couple of sites to check out.
Contrived.
Ok – that was hilarious. I watched it late last night and could not stop laughing because we can all relate to having a meltdown every now and then; not usually over a game taking too long to load though. Ha ha.
So I’m back here today and just wanted to say that whether it was staged or not, it was damn funny and entertaining. Thanks for sharing it Darren.
