Actually, that should read “Oh, To Be In Scotland and/or Venice”. Tomorrow we’re off to Europe for about ten days. We’re going to a wedding in a castle outside of Edinburgh. It’s an Irish wedding on Friday, St. Patrick’s Day. I’ve got two words for you: Piss. Up.
Thereafter, we’re headed down to Venice for a little (as the Brits like to call them) city break for a few days. Then home on or about March 25.
We won’t be checking email, but will have our mobile phones should an emergency occur. A real, legitimate, someone’s-under-a-bus-or-in-jail sort of emergency. Not a split-infinitive-on-the-website kind of emergency.
I’ll be taking lots of photos and uploading them to my Flickr account. Blogging is likely to be light to non-existant, depending on my mood and Internet connectivity. If there’s nothing to see here, check out six or seven of the sundry sites on my sidebar.
Dude, the word is nonexistent. Somebody get this man a dictionary.
Heh, actually, I’d settle for a spell check extension that’s compatible with my version of Firefox (1.5.0.1). I had a good one, but it stopped working when I upgraded. I must go take another look around.
Hang on, I found a modified extension that works in the current version of Mozilla.
So jealous – everyone’s going to the UK! (okay well my sister, and now you & your wife) have fun!
John and I are still on our honeymoon to the West End… it’s great, i think we’ll be here a while :p
Darren, have a great time in Scotland. Don’t drink too much though as you mightn’t be able to hold it… The Irish and the brittish are well used of such piss-ups.
If I had a million dollars…a wedding in a castle?! I hope you take lots and lots of pictures 🙂
