Back in April, I was kind of bitchy about an email I got from the folks at the Tyee’s Election blog. The discussion that followed, though, was certainly enjoyable.
Anyhow, the Tyee has relaunched the blog for the forthcoming electoral brouhaha (or is that a donnybrook?). They’re also accepting election-related photos (they should work on video, too).
They’re asking that we use these silly tag thingies: tyeeelectioncentral
They did a number of things better in their email to me. Specifically, they wrote a personal message from a particular human named Dawn. Kudos to them for listening and improving.

A branded tag? Please. The Tyee has a lot going for it but sometimes it tries too hard and ends up looking like… well like tyeeelectioncentral.
