It’s always a little worrying when I take a Myers-Briggs test. They always seem to nail me. That’s kind of sad, because it suggests there’s zillions of other people in the world just like me. I know that’s not entirely true, but who likes to be reminded that they’re not unique? I just read the highly informative Wikipedia entry on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Myers-Briggs Tests are Creepily Accurate

Have you ever read anything about the enneagram? It’s a Greek philosophical/personality system. It really makes a lot of sense. When I first read about it, I was quite surprised as it explained how I think and feel a lot of time.
By the way, I’m a 5- the observer.

And you are?
Malcolm Gladwell’s piece on personality tests is a good read, especially for the history of Myers-Briggs.
Ah, right, I’m an ENTJ.
ENFP
And yes, that is frighteningly accurate.
INTP, as are many people I know. Reading this gives me shivers:
“A major concern for INTPs is the haunting sense of impending failure.”
I seem to vascillate between P & J depending on my mood. The one time I did it for career placement, they said I was both. Of all the personality profiling sorts of things out there, this seems the most specific & accurate in my experience.
I’m often an INFP, but today, I’m an INFJ.
INTJ. See also: “Caring for Your Introvert”.
