Just got an email from one of the organizers of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, asking me to mention their Measuring Word of Mouth conference in Chicago in July. Consider it mentioned. This isn’t an endorsement, obviously, as I haven’t heard of any of their speakers and, you know, they didn’t ask me to speak.
Which is too bad, because I’d be curious to learn how you measure offline word-of-mouth. We have enough trouble measuring online word-of-mouth.
I’m not crazy about the conference’s site. It seems inspired by the work of 37signals, but doesn’t reflect their simplicity. Instead, I’m crippled by choice.
They’re even offering US $50 off for you, my dear readers.
