The next three months are shaping up to be busy. Here’s a quick summary of where I’m going and what I’m doing, public speaking-wise. I’m reminded to do this by Tod Maffin’s incredible voyage (save, perhaps, Winnipeg) over the next three months.
- On April 6, I’m speaking here in Vancouver at eBusiness
Connection. - On April 7, we’re flying to Madrid, to spend the weekend with our
lovely friend Mercedes, who’s living there for six months. I’ve never
been to Madrid, so I’m taking suggestions on what to see and where to go. - On April 11, we fly to Dublin, to see Irish friends and clients and do some
business. - On April 17, we fly home.
- Because I’m stupid, on April 22, I turn around and fly to Paris, where I’m
a panelist at Les
Blogs. I hemmed and hawed about this one, but I got a cheap flight and
the conference takes place in the French Senate. That sounded pretty cool,
and it’s been a while since I’ve seen Paris. - On April 27, I fly home.
- On May 11, Jeremy and I are speaking
as part of Vision, the annual conference of (ironically enough) the BC
chapter of the American Marketing Association. - On June 23, I’m heading down to Seattle for three days of alpha-nerddom
at Gnomedex.
Holy smokes, you are busy! Hopefully the jet lag from flying back from Europe and then flying over there again in the same week doesn’t put you flat on your ass.
