A friend of mine is organizing a non-profit community lottery at the moment. She’s looking for resources, tips, tricks and advice on running a successful non-profit lottery. She’s done some thorough searching of the Intarweb (and she’s an adroit Googler), but has come up empty. Any suggestions?
