You know how, when you’re at work, and you accidentally happen upon some porn on the Web, and yelp and rush to close your browser or email client or whatever? I just did that. Except it wasn’t to close down porn, it was to stop the ear-melting harmonies of the Starbucks corporate anthem, “We Built This Starbucks”.
It’s based on a song that was pretty lame by itself–Jefferson Starship’s “We Built This City”. Yet, they managed to make it much, much worse. You can listen to all 4 minutes and 58 seconds (does it really have to be nearly 5 minutes?) at Gawker.
