Further to the Panhandling

As I’m fond of saying, the blogosphere giveth, and the blogosphere taketh away. On the giveth side, my previous post about panhandling motivated me to purchase a necklace from a dreadlocked urchin outside Waterfront Station. Here it is, for the princely sum of five Canadian dollars. She seemed very pleased:

I’m not sure what I’ll do with it. Hang it from my rearview mirror like a rosary? Mind you, I rarely drive and I’m not Catholic, so that won’t be much help.

  1. I say, don it with pride… Wear it every day, with every type of clothing — whether you’re at the beach or in a business meeting. Make it your thing, man. I want to se the picture of you up there in the left corner with that necklace on. Wear it proud!
