This probably isn’t what you hoped for, but for that small subset of readers who play Ultimate frisbee, this page is for you. This is especially for the noobs and those who are confused by zone defenses. They provide a number of nifty Flash demos as to how various permutation of the zone work.
Zone defenses are generally a difficult thing for people to grasp. If you didn’t play or watch sports growing up, they take a while to sink in.
