Ol’ Skool Spam Rap

Bronson from EtomicMail writes about a promotional rap video his company produced. I was immediately skeptical–software company produces humourous video (we’ve seen that before)? But, in truth, it’s pop savvy and sort of amusing. I particularly like the mixmaster protozoa and the line “in short, it’s like ‘Life Goes On’, and you’re Corky.” As a viral marketing effort, they could do worse.

This isn’t an endorsement of EtomicMail, just their silly video. A quick glance at their product suggests that it’s a multi-tiered anti-spam system a la GeekMail. Hmmm…I just tried to link to GeekMail’s site but there’s nothing there…did they die, rebrand or is their Web hamster just dead?
