As I chaos-surf the Web, when I find links that I want to refer back to or write about, I put them in a folder. Over time, this folder tends to bloat in size, because I don’t write about everything I find. So, today we’re cleaning it out. Here’s a bunch of stuff, some of it months old, some from old memes that have long died, some that might be compelling to someone, somewhere:
- Butch mushroom,
a wacky but entertaining Flash game. - The truth about musicians
and autotuners. - A strange new magazine.
- Lousy drawings
of classic cartoon characters (nice URL, incidentally). - The new weblog of founding
member of the digirati Bruce Sterling. - A (kind of gay-looking) quote
monster. - One heck of a nifty
car ad. - Christian
urban legends. Learn what Janet Reno really meant. - Remote control bladder
manager. - An excellent weblog
that I’ve started reading about, among other things, archeaology. - An entertaining Photoshop
contest about hockey. - A
to Z sex euphemisms. My favourite will always be the Shakespearean: ‘your
daughter and the Moor are now making the beast with two backs.’ - Wholesomewear.com:
modest clothing for ‘wearever’. Check out the hot
swimsuits. - Rejectionline.com.
Enough said.
Whew. I’m spent.
Laughed my ass off at the Rejectionline. That stuff’s pretty harsh!
Here’s another nifty car ad – it has already upset a few people: http://www.the-eviltwin.co.uk/ Click on “View Highlights” then on clip 1. Enjoy!
